Short Thought 63 (police)

For awhile, the local police department offered a free class for citizens to learn how things work at the station. My knowledge extended to one college Criminology course so I decided to take the class. We learned all sorts of things but one in particular was most memorable. The department sometimes set up a speeding deterrent in the form of a parked police car with a outfitted dummy in the driver’s seat. They received two citizen complaints of rudeness regarding the dummy. I guess he was unresponsive.
